Zero IQ PM Talking

Seeing that the sodomy case against Anwar might not send Anwar to jail, the PM is trying his flip-flop twist dance.

News partly abstracted from Malaysia Today

Abdullah said he believes Anwar is trying to bribe government lawmakers to defect.

"I've heard so much stories, many stories of his buying, tempting them with monetary offers to cross over to the opposition," said Abdullah, whose ruling coalition holds a slim 30-seat majority over Anwar's opposition alliance in the 222-member Parliament.

"If it were true that money were being offered, to me it would be the worst form of corruption," Abdullah said.

He claimed that a majority of ruling party member are loyal to him. Asked if he has the support of 80% to 90% of party bosses, he said: "Certainly around that area."

How low can this zero IQ PM goes just to get rid of Anwar. Is he hinting to the ACA and police to start investigation on corruption charges against Anwar if the sodomy case does not stick.

I've heard so much stories, many stories of his buying, tempting them with monetary offers to cross over to the opposition," said Abdullah

1) The zero IQ PM blame the bloggers for spreading untrue stories and advise the public to stop listening to them. Now he flip and start listening to stories that are not verify to be true and start to believe in them.

2) Whose war chest is much bigger, umno/bn or Anwar/PR. The zero IQ PM must know by now how much it cost just to buy over one MP or Adun, umno/bn have done that many times. So does anyone think that Anwar/PR have the amount of money to buy over 30 lawmakers?

3) It looks like when umno/bn try to buy over the opposition, its not corruption but when the opposition try to do it (although they don't have the resources) "it would be the worst form of corruption"

He claimed that a majority of ruling party member are loyal to him. Asked if he has the support of 80% to 90% of party bosses, he said: "Certainly around that area."

So zero IQ PM stop all your flip-flop statements against Anwar and drop the dubious sodomy case since you have 80% to 90% of your party members that are loyal to you. Why want to listen to stories that are not true, don't worry be happy!

Some Questions for the Wise Men of PAS

Some Questions for the Wise Men of PAS

By Farish A. Noor

As if this country hasnt got enough problems to worry about, what with the impending global recession, Malaysia's inevitable slowdown and the fear of capital flight from the country and the region as a whole; now we have to deal with the very real and somewhat nasty prospect of an Islamic state being smuggled through the back door (apologies for the metaphor) while the Islam Hadari ship of state remains stuck in the doldrums of non-governance.

According to the Star's report today (30th July 2008), the Spiritual Leader (Murshid'ul Am) of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party PAS Nik Aziz Nik Mat has stated that 'PAS will propose the implementation of Hudud Law and Qisas (law of retaliation) if the proposed PAS-UMNO merger becomes a reality'.

That, of course, is precisely what Malaysia needs at the moment and it is bound to be the ultimate cure for all our economic and structural-institutional ills. One can imagine the miraculous transformation of the Malaysian economy instantaneously, and the hordes of eager foreign investors who will be falling over themselves in their mad rush to invest in Malaysia as soon as we start implementing Islamic law and imposing Hudud punishments. Why, after all, would one want to visit boring Singapore or dull Bali when they can come to Malaysia to see public whippings and beheadings as proscribed by the conservative interpretation of Hudud punishments as understood by some of our home-grown Islamists?

What is even more startling is the simple fact that the simple-minded people in UMNO seem to be playing with fire without taking into account the attendant risk that one can get burned, sometimes severely. Malaysia's Islamisation experiment began in the 1980s with both UMNO and PAS trying to out-Islamise each other, while struggling for the same Malay-Muslim vote base. Now this grotesque war of ideas has taken on tragic-comic proportions and the Islamic revolution, so to speak, is about to devour its own children.

For jaded cynics like myself who have had enough with politicians soiling the pages of holy books and defiling religion for the sake of realpolitik, this is the straw that has broken this camel's back. I have seen religio-politics gone badly wrong all over Asia: at the hands of Hindu fundamentalists in India, Buddhist fundamentalists in Sri Lanka, Muslim fundamentalists in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The thought that three decades of development can only bring us to this, a watered-down toothless Islam Hadari with no critical acumen and reconstructive potential and an Islamic state being snuck in via the Trojan horse of a Malay-Unity merger between PAS and UMNO reeks to the heavens of majoritarian supremacy more than anything else.

So, before I pack up my books again and head off to saner climes, I would like to ask the wise men of PAS these questions:

1. What, in the respected opinion of the esteemed men of knowledge who lead PAS, is the correct Hudud punishment for someone who kills a Mongolian model and then has her blown to bits by explosives (C4, for instance)?

2. In the learned opinion of the respected men of knowledge of PAS, what should an Islamic PAS-UMNO government do with weapons that were bought from Russia, a state that was known for its rather nasty habit of murdering Muslim Chechnyans?

3. Would the wise men of PAS consider buying some more armaments from our beloved Russian allies in the future when they come to power as the bedfellows of UMNO, such as, perhaps, used Kalashnikovs or other weapons of destruction that were perhaps also used to kill Muslims in Chechnya too?

4. The UMNO-led government has been praised by Washington as a key strategic ally in the 'War on Terror' and its leaders have demonstrated their eagerness to work with other developed Western powers in this war. PAS, on the other hand, declared the Taliban to be their brothers in 2002. Will the new PAS also join hands with UMNO in the great Washington-led Crusade against Islamic terror when they come to power?

5. PAS in the past condemned the UMNO-led government for its alleged dealings with Israel. If PAS comes to power, will the learned wise elders of PAS find the necessary scriptural sources to help promote further dealings with Israel too?

6. Between 2004 to 2008, the wise men of PAS declared that Islam Hadari was fundamentally un-Islamic and when PAS came to power in several states in 2008 it even declared that it would no longer help promote the idea of Islam Hadari. Now that PAS may be on the threshold of its new honeymoon period with its beloved UMNO, will PAS finally admit the error of its ways and accept that Islam Hadari is indeed the truest expression of normative Islam and do its utmost to promote Islam Hadari to its own misguided followers?

7. PAS's leaders have claimed that they wish to further the Islamic cause by getting closer to power. Will they now help to Islamise the Internal Security Act and other repressive laws to show that the ISA is, after all, compatible with Islam (especially Islam Hadari)?

8. When PAS ousted its fourth President Asri Muda at the PAS assembly of 1982, its new Ulama leaders condemned Asri as a ethno-nationalist who sold the party to UMNO and debased its Islamist ideology with ideas of racial communitarianism. Now will the same leaders of PAS please apologise to the departed Asri Muda and accept that Asri was right after all, and that the Ulama's ideology of Islamism was in fact an abberation that confused the minds of Muslims?

Anwar, Be Prepared And Pass The Torch Now

The alarm bell starts to ring again since late yesterday evening. From online media, malaysian insider to malaysiakini and political blogs all around. The impending arrest has everyone gripping for "the after consequences" which may see further damages to the country.

Sorry Anwar, you are a real pain in the ass for umno and they are going to get you by hook or by crook. All the government machineries are ready and oiled to confront you. This time with the help of bloggers and all the comments in the posting, they know they can win this time round.

Why I said the bloggers and comment posting are helping them to get Anwar. Simple reasoning.

When this incident happens, bloggers are quick to blog about it. They are intelligent, well thought out and with good summary of the incidence. Then we have the smart and intelligent commentators who are providing their expert analyses of the case.

When the DNA subject comes about, more expert opinion of the how, why, when, who and many expert suggestions. I am also guilty for writing in one of my posting If DNA Test Is Carry Out On Anwar, He Is Doom

There are cyber troopers ready to pound on anyone who are deem to have contravene any law breaking in their posting. Other than these cyber troopers, there are also intelligence and police force looking over the posting by bloggers. What bloggers and commentators written expert opinion may be gathered by these intelligence to their advantages. They may have no case against Anwar initially but with the help of all the expert opinions and solutions posted they are now more prepared for the case and even claim that they have solid scientific proof.

So they have learn a lot from bloggers and commentators posting expert opinions and are ready to fry Anwar.

Alternatively, they may still have no case against Anwar after the exposing of another Doctor report but they will still charge him.

The simple reason is to frustrate and occupy Anwar with this tedious charge which will have him busy for sometime in attending court or they may find reasons to lock him up. Its still 50-50 chances that they may win, depending on how Saiful react and answer in the Q&A by Anwar's lawyer.

Whatever it may be, Anwar have to let go and pass the torch to someone else because if you are still carrying the torch they will get you till the end. That is the sad truth of Malaysia boleh style of politic.

Oh Malaysia! Where Are You Heading

Many voters may be having afterthoughts of whether they had voted wrongly on the just concluded 12TH GE. There is not a single good news but tons of political rubbish, weak economy, petrol price hike, foolish or uneducated statements from leaders of both divides.

A very interesting posting by Michelle Yoon prompted me to pen this posting. You can read Michelle Yoon "Anwar, the media, and us" here.

I would like to add a little more about our media reporting.

A comment from Michelle Yoon posting:

Malaysia MSM workers is salary earner,so they need the green lights from their Paymaster.
This MSM is controlled by UMNO/MCA or a bit of mic.

Yes, although they are wage earners they must still follow the journalist profession and working ethics.

A search at Wikipedia mention the term journalist carries a connotation or expectation of professionalism in reporting, with consideration for truth, fairness, balance, decency and ethics - although standards can vary widely between publications. Many mass-market newspapers make no pretense at impartiality, though in countries such as the UK, they generally adhere to a voluntary code of conduct, with objectives such as maintaining truthfulness. Some editors argue that bias is impossible to avoid and that it is more honest to adopt an editorial opinion while ensuring that material is factually accurate.

Touching on Ethics in Journalism

Most journalists in the USA adhere to the standards and norms expressed in the Society of Professional Journalists ethical code.[1] Foremost in the minds of most practicing journalists is the issue of maintaining credibility, "Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist's credibility."

Journalism ethics and standards comprise principles of ethics and of good practice as applicable to the specific challenges faced by professional journalists. Historically and currently, this subset of media ethics is widely known to journalists as their professional "code of ethics" or the "canons of journalism." The basic codes and canons commonly appear in statements drafted by both professional journalism associations and individual print, broadcast, and online news organizations.

Do our local journalists or reporters adhere to the standards express above? I am sure if you ask them this question, the answer will be yes with a "but", but their news reports are always being screened and censored by their editors before publishing. The editors will then blame someone above them and the whole story will go right to the top for decision before publication. The top echelon sadly will be the voice from the ruling political parties.

As mentioned above Some editors argue that bias is impossible to avoid.. to which I do agree. In our local scene it is call spinning, yes you can spin a little but when you over spin, the news become distorted and looks like all is fine and the bad guys are always the oppositions.

Lately, many people (including the information minister) are trying to spin that we have more media freedom and the government are more open now. Can we really see the freedom and openness, no I do not.

If you read Michelle Yoon posting on "Anwar, the media, and us", no reporters, journalists or editors from the political parties control media dares to publish before their top notch speaks about it.

Next is investigative reports. I hardly read any of the political parties control media goes on investigative mission to dig out the Truth on stories that require further evidence or that feel suspicious. No one dares to ask point blank questions during any press conferences by the country top leaders.

The news bulletins on the local free TV channels especially RTM1 and TV3 are the real propaganda machineries for the government. If there are any bad news (but hot news) linking the leaders, either they are totally black out or a few seconds of greatly spun news.

If our local MSM do not reinvent and follow the Ethics in Journalism, I feel sorry for Oh! Malaysia. MSM is the front line to uplift the image, economy and standard of our country and should be totally free from political intrusion.

For those voters who think that they might have voted wrongly, let me tell you, you are not wrong. March 8, 2008 is history in the making for our country.
We need the change, it must change and it will change.

The PM, DPM, AG & IGP Being Sodomised

The latest revelation by Raja Petra on his post Doctor on the run: police want him to fabricate evidence against Anwar, has caught many by surprise.

Mohd Saiful Bukhari Bin Azlan went to see Dr Mohamed Osman first before lodging a police report, Malaysiakini has its report as: A doctor who examined Saiful Bukhari Azlan four hours before he lodged a police report against Anwar found no evidence that he was sodomised.

After lodging his police report, the police took him for a medical checkup and that medical report was not available.

If what Raja Petra had posted is true, then there are two medical reports. One before Saiful make the police report and another one after.

This is what Raja Petra said:

At 2.00pm on 28 June 2008, Mohd Saiful Bukhari Bin Azlan went to see Dr Mohamed Osman to complain about a pain he is suffering in his anus. Saiful told the doctor that he had been assaulted by ‘a very important person’ — meaning, of course, sodomised by Anwar Ibrahim.

Dr Mohamed Osman examined Saiful but found no evidence that he had been sodomised, either by Anwar Ibrahim or anyone else for that matter. The doctor’s report (which can be viewed below) says that there is zero (0) skin tearing, zero (0) active bleeding, zero (0) traces of pus, etc., which basically means he can’t be suffering from a pain in the anus as what he alleges.

The doctor’s diagnosis is that he rules out or TRO (to rule out) assault (sodomised). In short: Mohd Saiful Bukhari Bin Azlan is not suffering any pain in the anus and neither was he assaulted or sodomised in the anus.

The other medical report has yet to be released so we cannot know what exactly is inside the report.

Whether Saiful did go to see Dr Mohamed Osman first before lodging a police report is yet to be determined although Raja Petra had revealed the medical report and Dr Mohamed Osman and family have gone into hiding.

To avoid further rumors and speculations, the PM, DPM, AG and IGP must now open this case in a fully transparent way. No more statements like, let the police complete their investigation, Anwar must provide new DNA testing, Saiful police report cannot be revealed.

Both the accused and the accuser must be investigated fairly in the open and not a one sided probe where the accused had more or less being treated as guilty with commando style of arrest and imprisoned.

The ball is now at the PM, DPM, AG and IGP court. You want sodomy, now are you all being sodomised?

Dances With Wolves

Dances with wolves, a.k.a Malaysian Style.

Who are the dancers and who are the wolves or both can be specified as the 6 or 9 applications also can style.

Umno - PAS muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue, whatever name they want to call it, is still facing each other to resolve, demand, counter demand and an agreement to conclude. There is always a motive or agenda to hold such muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue. This is not just a friendly coffee shop type of chit chat.

The true story about the muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue slowly comes to light with the PM admitting having such togetherness.

First, is about malay unity and islam, next, to form the Selangor state government followed by matters deemed important in the interest of the community and nation and they will continue to twist and turn about the agenda depending on the responds from the public. Lately due to someone mentioning about the others bn component parties, the PM will be having another muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue with them.

When such muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue is arranged, it is always the weakest team that requested it. PAS had confirmed that they are invited.

Without either side agreeing to an agenda means the muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue had failed.

Shifting and changing of the agendas shows a clear desperation by the weakest link to try and convince and sway the public to their side.

So exactly what is the motive behind this so call Umno - PAS muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue.

For over two decades these two are enemies, name calling plus actions and statements that indicates how much they dislike and hate each other. Why then, all of a sudden this muzakarah, discussion, talks or dialogue just after the 12th GE.

The reasons are very clear. Umno needs PAS to counter Anwar from forming a new government. Umno is at its lowest and weakest point and great disaster will happen to Umno if Umno do not get PAS help. Trying to stir chaos among the races in order to enforce the emergency rule.

As for PAS, they are in the position to demand although they declare that even given the Premiership they will not join Umno. Who can believe PAS, should their demand be met, I am sure they will join Umno without winking an eye. But for now they can afford to stand on both sides and wait for the right moment or opportunity. Their ultimate aim is still to rule the country using their islamic way.

PKR and DAP should prepare themselves now and be ready for any political upheaval and changes. PAS is PAS and always will be PAS.

Who Are More Hypocrite?

I say the one who like to criticize others who are easy prey and dare not against the mighty are the most hypocrite.

Report from Malaysiakini:

“The Pakatan Rakyat governments are no different from the previous ones after all. They are hypocrites by copying BN media policy to serve their cynical self interests,” said its coordinator B K Ong, stressing Media Watch’s stand on governments to ‘stay away’ from media publications.

By following the precedent set by his predecessor, Ong said Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng had proven to be a hypocrite since “he had condemned BN-controlled media all these years.”

“He should have titled the magazine as Suara Kerajaan (Government Voice) not Suara Rakyat (People’s Voice),” he said.

Times are hard, save money

B K Ong should knows better than calling the Penang Government to stay away from media publication. To him umno/bn control medias are the only true source of news, reliable and honest, so no other people can challenge the umno/bn rule and that is precisely what B K Ong and gang want.

Times are hard, save money
B K Ong and gang are concern citizens who will only condemn those who spend a small amount of the rakyat money but are quiet about umno/bn who squandered in billions of the rakyat money. Good for them.

If B K Ong and gang are so concern about the 300,000 ringgit please take the government to court and let the court stop the publication. From there I suggest the PR government call for donation from the public and I am very sure within a very short period they can easily raise the 300,00 ringgit without any fuss.

Do not always bark at the wrong issue, B K Ong and Gang, there are bigger issues at Federal level that needs you and your gang to bark at.

Civil Society Groups At It Again

Our civil society groups are at it again. They are always so quick to condemn but slow to give credit where its due.

Malaysiakini just release this report:
The Penang and Perak governments may have to spend RM300,000 annually to bring out two state-funded magazines and civil society groups are saying it’s a waste of public funds to spend on propaganda publications.

The magazines have yet to hit the street and nobody knows what will be the contents and these civil society groups are labeling it as propaganda publications. Can't they see it in a more positive manner and wait for the publication to be released before jumping high and low just because they are from the Pakatan Rakyat.

What is RM300,000 compare to the 3 million over ringgit on the Mercedes and I have not heard them cursing and swearing just because they are too frighten of umno.

Penang State Government had canceled the new orders for the exco vehicles and that saving can compensate for the publications. Whats the big deal man, where umno/bn can spend billions on projects that are not beneficial to the rakyat.

Please for heaven sake stop crying over a small matter where you have more urgency to rid off those corruptions of umno/bn.

Malaysia Internal Affairs

Malaysia boleh spirit: Stop meddling in Malaysia’s internal affairs.

What we do in our country, Malaysia, is our business and none of your concern but we reserve the rights to meddle in other countries affairs if it deem necessary.

How do we classified and on what basis does Malaysia affairs are consider as internal affairs. My simple mind tells me that any affairs happening within the country is the country internal affairs but they must also allow to be scrutinized by other countries should they be wrongly mishandled by its government.

Are cases involving human rights and politics considered as "internal affairs"?

We need to look at a few interesting Malaysiakini headlines:

Rice urges 'transparency' in sodomy probe
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice today urged Malaysia to ensure a "transparent" investigation into sex misconduct allegations against opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.

Ex-World Bank, IMF bosses: M'sia should drop Anwar charges
Malaysia should drop its sodomy charges against opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim, said a joint statement by three former leading figures on the international stage.

YB Lim Kit Siang Blog posted this:

The special briefing on Wednesday by Home Minister, Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar to 96 foreign diplomats on government action and police investigations into the sodomy allegations against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is clearly a big flop, with the caustic criticism by the United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice within 24 hours with her call for transparency and the rule of law into the new allegations against Anwar.

Rice rejected the earlier claim by her Malaysian counterpart, Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Rais Yatim that the United States was meddling in Malaysia’s internal affairs by raising concern over Anwar’s arrest.
..... Read more...

Why are these people from outside the country want to meddle in "Malaysia internal affairs"? Does it not tell us that the government is not handling this affair in a proper manner and within the international standard of governance.

The government of the day must not cry out loud "stop meddling in our internal affairs" each time some foreigners criticized them as they know that something is not right and fishy.

The government must react positively and ensure that they are truly transparent and the rules of law are fully comply with, without any benefit of doubts in anybody's thinking mind.

Jelutong MP Elect Jeff Ooi On RTM1

I had only view once, the RTM1 program on Blog and that is when Raja Petra was on. I see really there is no benefits of having this program and its live for twenty minutes. This cause quite a substantial amount of money if to go by the reasoning of the information for the 30 minutes live telecast of the Parliament sitting.

Anyway, the Jelutong MP elect Jeff Ooi will be guest on this RTM1 blog program schedule at 8.40pm this Sunday, July 27.

Jeff Ooi own words as listed on his blog,
Barring any political glitches, I will guest on Blog, the weekly live broadcast on RTM1, at 8.40pm this Sunday, July 27.
I will speak off-the-cuff in Bahasa Malaysia. Stay tuned.

If you are free just tune in.

What Is Najib Afraid Of?

Remember Amwar's Anwar's DNA saga. Anwar refused to have his blood sample taken for DNA testing and the DNA expert PM and Home Minister were quick to question why Anwar is afraid.

"Why is he afraid if he is not guilty"

Malaysiakini reported:

Court rejects bid to call Najib as witness
The Shah Alam High Court today dismissed an application by lawyer Karpal Singh to call Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and two senior police officers to testify as witnesses in Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu's murder trial.

The public perception of our judiciary system is at it's lowest and many will be asking if the court judges were told to reject the application. We have the AG on the first day of the Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu's murder trial claiming that there are nobody else except only three people were involved.

The public perception have begin to believe that Najib somehow or rather was involved in this murder case.

In order to clear his name and his various statements that he is not involved or has never met or know Altantuya Shaariibuu, he should volunteer to testify.

If he is not guilty why is he afraid to testify in court? The PM should advise him like what he advises Anwar to do.

"If you are not guilty, then volunteer yourself to testify in court" What are you afraid of?

Malaysiakini: 'Pak Lah, step up or step down'

Malaysiakini VoxPop provides the rakyat true sentiment on the country political scene.

The fight among politicians and political parties are getting louder and creating much tension to the detrimental of the country. From what we see the PM just could not handle the situation but he himself is engaging in the tussle to stay in power. When is he going to wake up and act like a PM of a country.

I abstract a few paragraph to show how are the rakyat feelings. Read the rest at Malaysiakini.

CK Chim: The rakyat and foreign investors are fed up and have totally lost their trust in the justice system as well as the ability of Abdullah to arrest the current crisis of confidence in the country.

If BN wants to be relevant, Abdullah needs to stand up and exert his authority to implement immediately the following:

1. Revamp the entire police force in accordance to the recommendations of the recent police royal commission findings.

2. Implement fully the Judicial Appointments Commission which is independent of the executive and answerable to a parliamentary committee

3. Suspend all top officials who have been implicated in the Anwar and the Altantuya cases.

JKS: The refusal to pay the income tax suggested here is a legitimate method of civil disobedience advocated by Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862), American naturalist, philosopher, and author of the book Walden and an important essay ‘Civil disobedience’.

Thoreau had a major influence on leaders of non-violent resistance, such as Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr.

Tax resistance on a large scale may be difficult to organise for now, but if the government deteriorates into a police state that fans racial or religious emotions, civil disobedience, including tax resistance, may be the only way to go for Malaysians to organise effective resistance while avoiding deep scarring of the society.

J Bao: I do not think Malaysians should waste anymore time and effort to argue or convince other Malaysians that the present BN government and all their machinery are corrupt as hell.

If there is still any doubt after the last 25 years of abuses, then either they are locked permanently a state of denial or a basket case.

The only Malaysians who still believe this government is credible are those who are corrupt themselves and have benefitted unscrupulously from the massive leakages all these years.

The cry from the rakyat for the government to stop all the nonsense can be heard throughout the country. Yet they are deaf to all the cries, insisting that blogs are all liars without realizing that their control medias are spinning the news to make them looks good.

Times Are Bad, Politicians Are Bad & The Government Is Bad

Times are bad for the majority of the rakyat with food prices escalating, fuel price rocketing and the economy shrinking.

Politicians are bad, fighting for positions with lucrative evil source of resources.

The Government is bad for not taking good care of the rakyat, implementing policies that do not benefit the majority of the rakyat but themselves. Using racial divide to remain in power to suck more billions from the rakyat sweat, hard work and (may include blood) money.

The latest report by Malaysiakini; Umno offered PAS to jointly rule S'gor

Days after the political tsunami swept across the nation on March 8, Umno president Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, former Selangor menteri besar Dr Mohd Khir Toyo and PAS leaders huddled together in a building in Kuala Lumpur for a secret meeting.

Full Malaysiakini report here.

The bottom line for the politicians and the Government are to hold on to power irrespective of what is happening to the country or its rakyat.

Their motto is, you challenge us, we will ensure that you will be decapitated.

So what can the suffering rakyat do? Nothing that I can think off but to endure and hope that all Malaysians can wake up to the reality that fighting among races are not the option for survival. Malaysians of all races must not be swayed by the Government talks that to give way to one particular united race will ensure peace and prosperity for the country.

The whole world is preparing themselves to fight against the economy meltdown but our country leaders are fighting each other to hold on to power.

BN Component Parties Must Act Now And Fast

Many blogs are blogging on UMNO-PAS talk and highlighted at Malaysiakini blog roll. Surprisingly Malaysiakini did not report much further on the topic.

With the talk between UMNO-PAS which Abdullah himself admitted, why can't the other component parties have talk with PKR or DAP.

Abdullah, the president of UMNO talking to three senior leaders of Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) and not PAS president. Why? Abdullah could have send any of his deputy for the talk.

They discuss about the need to protect the sanctity of Article 153 which enshrines the special rights of the Malays, and raised concerns about the move by certain groups to question the existence of the social contract between Malays and non-Malays.

Once again the non-malays are being used and manipulated to UMNO whims and fancy.

When PKR leader talks with parties members within BN, everyone scream and shout that its not right, jumping katak and what not.

And I see no know shouting and screaming when UMNO Abdullah talks with PAS with the main intention of wooing PAS to join umno.

So what the Opposition does is wrong in the eyes of UMNO but its right when they carry out the same act themselves.

A very strong suggestion to other BN component parties, you must act now to counter what UMNO is trying to do. You cannot cling on to dear UMNO and be their slaves forever. You have seen the damages that they have done to the non-malays for the past fifty years. Now with their recent failure in the recent 12th GE, they need to pacify the malays and work with PAS to regain their full control over you all.

For the sake of the non-malays, the MCA, MIC, Gerakan and others must counter UMNO by talking to PKR and DAP. You need not have to cross over but work together to protect the rights of the non-malays just like the UMNO-PAS talk to protect their malay rights.

Should PAS decided to cross over to UMNO, then you all have the option to cross over to PR. This will ensure a balance so that UMNO will not have the great power like they used too. Think and act fast, UMNO in BN is for UMNO ONLY and you all in BN to be slaves to UMNO.

IGP, AG barred from Anwar probe: PM SO WHAT

Malaysiakini reported: IGP, AG barred from Anwar probe: PM
Police chief and the attorney-general will be excluded from an investigation against opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim who has been accused of sodomy, the prime minister said.
Read Malaysiakini report here.

So what is the big deal PM, may I ask? Who then are you going to appoint as the new investigation team.?

The public perception is that certain high power personnel within the government are pressing this sodomy case to stick what comes may. Anwar must go to jail no matter what.

To exclude the AG and police chief from investigation in this sodomy case does not mean that it will be fair and transparent. Whoever are appointed to take over are still under your control. Even if they are men of integrity they will still have to take your order as there are fear of reprisal.

There is no way now to convince the public that any action taken will be fair and transparent.

What is happening to our country and its system of management. Crazy or not, read my earlier posting GABEM You Are The Man

A very interesting call by The Federation of Malay Economic Bodies (GABEM) which wants the Government to act against “irresponsible parties” who have eroded investor confidence in the country through their actions such as holding street demonstrations.

Update: Malaysiakini blog roll title:-"Street protests = shaky investor confidence" by Mustafa K Anua. Malaysiakini can be reached here.

Chairman Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik said that by challenging the law they had tarnished the country’s image and caused international rating agencies to give Malaysia a lower rating.

He also attributed the loss in investor confidence to the action of “a certain politician who sought political asylum at a foreign embassy” which gave the world a bad image of Malaysia.

“I wish to remind these people, whatever their actions and agendas, to realise that what they do will affect the people’s prosperity.

I fully support your call, GABEM, you are the man, if what you mentioned are the causes for the loss in investor confidence.

I hope you can also agree with me that there are quite a few things that umno/bn does that certainly attributed to the loss in investor confidence as well. Will you want to take action against them?

The NEP policy is the greatest cause of eroding investor confidence in the country. Please will GABEM ask the government to take action against umno/bn.

The recent actions by the country police force, road blocking and commando style arrest of an innocent citizen when the appointed time is not due reflect a very poor image of the country thus causing the loss in investor confidence.

Another major cause of eroding investor confidence in the country is CORRUPTION. Can GABEM take action against the PM for not walking his talk to rid off corruption in his 2004 general election promise and followed by his various flip-flop speeches.

There are still many points to raise but I request GABEM to request the government to take immediate action on the above three points. Government To Take Action Against The Government ???@#$@# What a way to attract investor confidence...

Everyone Becomes A DNA Expert Plus PM Abdullah

DNA here, DNA there and reported Malaysiakini everywhere. The news and bloggers listed on Malaysiakini are mostly about DNA.

I just know a little basic about DNA but not good enough to write or talk about it.It seems that our PM understand a lot about DNA and his statement that Anwar's DNA sample taken years ago is too old is a laughing stock to the whole world.

The people in power are so well verse about DNA and start questioning why Anwar is afraid to have the DNA sample taken. Are they the forensic expert in doing the DNA testing and do they really know how it goes about to compare DNA. Are they all in cohort in this so call trump up sodomy case.

Everyone knows the sodomy case 10 years ago and how the evidents were tempered and this is the reason plus many others why Anwar do not agree to the DNA test except the PM plus all his ma chai who wants to see this sodomy case stick.

The persistence of the PM and his ma chai to ask Anwar not to be afraid and get the DNA test done allows the public to suggest that they are the one plotting this sodomy case against Anwar.

So its best to keep your mouth shut if you do not know or understand anything about DNA profiling or the science of it.

And lastly, why is the police report by the accuser not available to the accused. before any action can be taken.

Sodomy Case 10 Years Ago Was A "Trump Up "?

Malaysiakini report Dr M views on Anwar sodomy case.

Dr M: Sodomy again? Gov't not so stupid

The government can't be 'so stupid and unimaginative' to use the same issue to discredit Anwar Ibrahim, says the former premier.

Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the present government is not 'so stupid or unimaginative' to trump up sodomy allegations against Anwar Ibrahim all over again.

I am not certain if the above two statements as reported by Malaysiakini is exactly what Dr M said.

But if those are what Dr M said, then I can put it this way.

The first statement make sense for it stated "to use the same issue to discredit Anwar Ibrahim" but if you were to read the second statement "to trump up sodomy allegations against Anwar Ibrahim all over again."

When you suggest trump up and all over again, what does it mean. To me "trump up" as explain in the dictionary is fabricate, invent and complete by "all over again" can be that the sodomy case against Anwar 10 years ago was fabricated.

Did Dr M slip his tongue, that 10 years ago the sodomy case against Anwar was a trump up case?

Now Dr M said The government can't be 'so stupid and unimaginative', but I thought he call them Half Past Six. Only Half Past Six people can do stupid thing such as to trump up sodomy allegations against Anwar Ibrahim all over again.

Is the world round or flat, my head is spinning right now.

Anwar Out ? Raja Petra In

Where does our country stand compare to the rest of the world. Of course we are the best if we compare to the likes of Zimbabwe, Sudan, Myanmar or Afghanistan but are we not targeting to be a develop country by 2020.

What is our government doing today to ensure our country meet the dateline to be a develop nation.

From the daily reports of shameful acts by the government and authorities and lying through their teeth can help achieve it.

Our country need to change and change fast to a fully open and democratic style of governance. There cannot be any sign of doubt or question in the rakyat's mind from any action or implementation by the government.

Today from Malaysiakini headlines; Anwar freed on police bail and yet another Malaysiakini highlights; Raja Petra arrested, charged in court.

Is Anwar really free and what will happen to Raja Petra? Each action by the authorities or government will always have a question mark. Why? Its just because the authorities and government actions are never open , truthful and non partisan.

The government must act independence of the party. The party members are elected to form the government, once the government is formed it begins to work for the country and rakyat, free from party interference.

But this is not the case for our country, the government is the party and the party is the government. Once in the government they act like they are above the law but keeps reminding the rakyat that no one is above the law.

Is there any chances of our country transforming into a world class develop nation by 2020 the way the bn government is running this country. Your guess is as good as mine!

If DNA Test Is Carry Out On Anwar, He Is Doom

Malaysiakini just reported, DNA profiling for PKR supremo? The police are expected to take PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital for DNA profiling. Malaysiakini report here.

We are basing on the assumption that Anwar is being framed by his enemy. If this is true then with the DNA test he is doom and his enemy will have their day.

Anwar accuser has all the time when he is near him to collect a lot of his body substance, such as his hair, saliva from glass, hand print or simply a scrap of his skin from any parts of his body.

All these collections can be easily inserted or rub upon on the day the accuser lodge the police report. He is sent for medical check up and some samples were taken and where is the sample being kept now. Can it be accessed and tempered with easily.

Is the doctor independent and experience enough to be able to distinguish the attachment of whatever sample they get are from force entry through the act of sodomy or just place by hand.

So the only substance that can found Anwar guilty is his sperm and not any others. But of cause the enemy have the upper hands if they are so desperate to get rid of him.

With bn MPs calling Anwar to provide his DNA in Parliament today, makes me think that they are sure his DNA will match with whatever substance obtain from his accuser.

This time I think Anwar has no way out but to depend on the doctor's finding and the question again, on whose side is the doctor or is he truly a professional doing his job and cannot be bought.

Is This Country Run By Liars

Malaysiakini reported that Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim was arrested by the police just outside his home in Bukit Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, at 12.55pm.
Malaysiakini report here. Due to heavy traffic to Malaysiakini, loading may be slow.

Look at the time, is it over 2:00pm when he was arrested?

Read "New Straits Times, 16/7/2008, Deadline for Anwar: Turn up at 2pm or face arrest."

"Police have obtained a warrant of arrest for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim but they have given him until 2pm today to turn up on his own accord to give his statement.
Issuing the ultimatum, Federal Criminal Investigation Department director Datuk Bakri Zinin also warned Anwar's supporters not to react if police arrested him.

"We are giving him time and space. If he does not turn up by 2pm, we will have to take the necessary action," Bakri said yesterday without elaborating.

Bakri made no comments when asked if a warrant of arrest had been obtained for the de facto Parti Keadilan Rakyat leader...."

This country has set the world record to have the most liars in running the government and services, from the PM, Home security Minister to the Federal Criminal Investigation Department director.......

Some comments from concerned rakayt are asking the Agong to step in before the country is in ruin.

My concern is that the police are acting on a bias basis. If you are against the ruling government and there are reports against you, you have to surrender yourself at the police station or you will be arrested.

If you are from the ruling government and there are reports against you, no worry, the police will visit you at your convenience to take the statements and done discretely.

I am calling all the rakyat to stay claim, do not over react and not take to the street which is what the government wants you to do. Do not fall into their trap.

Should Anwar be charged and send to jail for a long time, so be it. We will know what to do come the next general election. Pakatan Rakyat should have other capable leaders taking over the torch. Just keep reminding all your family and friends that this present government must be removed at all cost by the next election. Four years of patience is not that long considering the fifty years that were under their rule.

May GOD Bless us all.

Is This Call A Debate?

Malaysiakini announce the debate as "Anwar vs Shabery in historic debate" and many must have view it by now. Malaysiakini will be reporting in more details.

Is this a true debate or the Malaysia Boleh style. From the start I can see that all are being prepared to hammer Anwar with that bias moderator.

Time is too short for a real debate seeing both sides cannot actually put forward a complete answer per session.

60% of the debate is off topic.

The topic is "Hari ini membentuk kerajaan, esok turun harga minyak"
Translated loosely "Today form the government, tomorrow decrease in fuel price".

What has the history of Anwar got to do with the debate topic. What has more openness for the debate got to do with the topic. What has umno/bn which started petronas got to do with the debate and many more unwarranted mentioning.

Shabery is trying his best to defend the fuel price increase by making wrong comparisons. He is leaning more towards a personal attack and trying to defend umno wrong doing.

Anwar in turn mention how we need not have to get hold of petronas money to reduce the fuel price but to cut off unnecessary wastage like corruptions and bail outs.

I have put up a poll on the right menu title "Who provides more related facts on the debated topic". Please participate.

Is Newly Elected MP Jeff Ooi Throwing In The Towel

Is the MP for Penang Jelutong seat Jeff Ooi throwing in the towel after four months?

I have follow Jeff Ooi blog Screenshots during the time when he is just blogging. He had faced a law suit and several encounters with the laws due to public comments posted at his blog.

His blog is listed in Malaysiakini top choice blogs section.

His latest posting Due Recognition, listed on Malaysiakini caught my eye.

The first paragraph which I quote here;
I witnessed my first ever, and probably the last, investiture ceremony this morning. It's in conjunction with the 70th birthday of the Governor of the Penang. The total list of award recipients was capped at 497, compared with the generous spread of 1,272 last year under the previous BN administration.

When you read the first half sentence,
I witnessed my first ever, and probably the last, why "probably the last".

If he were to serve the full term, there will be at least four more ceremonies on the birthday of the Governor of the Penang before the 13th GE and only assuming that Jelutong will fall back to bn.

A very clear indication that he may not be serving the full term. I am from Penang and had seen and shake hands with him several times during the 12th GE. If it is true DAP must act quickly so as not to lose such a great person.

I hope I am wrong and should any of his close buddies who are reading this post can come out with a confirmation.

What Is Inside The PM's Mind

Do you blame the people for spreading rumors, talk about it or just guess about it if you do not come out by telling the truth but just half heartedly or to give some kind of silly answers when confronted with and at time flip flopping answers.

Let's take a look at this Malaysiakini report, Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has set his retirement date - he will hand over the leadership to his deputy Najib Abdul Razak in two years' time. Full Malaysiakini report here.

Why take two years when you are no longer wanted by the rakyat and even your own party members. You gave a very sloppy reason of allowing time for your deputy to get ready for the post.

You are not like TUN who had ruled for over two decades and decided to retire but you are a weak and a non performing PM. Many wanted you out and the sooner the better and not two years.

Whatever the real reasons, only you know but I can only guess.

You need time to clean up your own mess to ensure that you will not be brought back to account for it, be it corruptions, oil for food scandal or your son projects obtain through improper means.

You need the assurance from your DPM that he will not dislodge all your people from lucrative positions. Just like TUN, making sure you continue his legacy which you did not.

You need to ensure that your sil is in safe position to be the PM in the near future.

You may actually not wanting your present dpm to take over your position but are planning something else. Some one is in your mind and with two years you can lay the ground work for him to take over instead of your present DPM.

And lastly, you may not want to step down at all but to continue on as the PM.

These are not rumors or hearsay but a guessing game which happen when you do not want to tell all or the truth.

The PM, IGP, Magistrate OR All Of Them

Is there really any truth that a mass demonstration is going to be held at Parliament?

Malaysiakini reported, Police roadblocks along major roads leading to Parliament resulted in massive traffic jams in Kuala Lumpur this morning. Read Malaysiakini report here.

The mass demonstration as reported by the government agencies and bn control news medias was an over reaction and very naughty or is it something else in the minds of the government?

A good response from Haris blog, I’ve been surfing to see if perhaps I missed any announcement of a rally planned for this morning along the lines that the order suggests the magistrate found was planned for. I could not find any. Read Haris full account here.

To the IGP, what makes you think or there are really good evidence to prove that a mass demonstration is imminent that such a reaction by your police force is necessary.

To the Magistrate, from the facts you received from the IGP, is it sufficient to issue a court order. Is the court order becoming like the SD going cheap.

To the PM, are you so really scared of receiving the no confidence vote. Everyone already know in advance that your speaker will reject the motion.

You are trying to gain the rakyat confidence but the way you are handling things are getting the rakyat to dislike you more.

Why do you have to create unnecessary or artificial happenings to try and frighten the rakyat. Or are you still using the same tactic (like the in-deletable ink from being used during the recent general election) from hearsay.

If it is not you who ask such an action to be taken, you must take action against the one responsible, failing which I am sure the rakyat will get even more piss off with you.

Do what is right for the rakyat and not for your own or party survival. The more you want to fight to stay in power the more you will lose it.

The rakyat is the one holding power now, just remember that.

Heartless - Soulless - Inhumane Act

I do not intend to blog about this heartless soulless inhumane act when I first read it from a letter to Malaysiakini title A government without humanity.

Going through Malaysiakini top blogs, this sad incidence was highlighted by many bloggers with the latest from Nat and Nuraina A. Samad. Earlier, TEHSIN and rockybru have posted this sad incidence.

After going through all these blogs postings, I feel the need to blog and question what makes our minister to become such a heartless and soulless human being.

In the name of security, to rehabilitate and all the con words puked from the foul mouth - that is the Internal Security Act (ISA), detention without trial.

A 17 year-old Aina Mardiah Shahrial, the eldest daughter of Shahrial Sirin, an ISA detainee was not given her last chance to see her father before her passing on.

Who could be so cruel and heartless?

Like others, I will just reproduce this letter:

Dear YB Syed Hamid Albar
Home Minister

Re: Aina Mardiah Shahrial, 17

You may not know Aina, she is the eldest daughter of Shahrial Sirin, an ISA detainee. On the afternoon of July 2, about 3 pm, she was admitted into Kajang Hospital. The girl was fighting for her life. The family immediately informed authorities at Kamunting, where her father had been detained for the last 7 years.

Somehow, Shahrial was only told of her daughter’s illness at 10.30 am the next day, July 3. Aina’s mother made a personal appeal to the authorities at Kamunting to let her daughter be with the dad for the last time. The doctors said Aina had only a few hours of life left, God-willing.

The authorities at Kamunting said they could not release Shahrial. They had to get your signature on the release papers. Yes, YB, your precious signature.

Aina’s father was finally released at 5pm. It was the longest four-hour journey to Kuala Lumpur.

Shahrial got to her daughter’s side at 9.45 pm. He was too late. Aina had passed away at 6.20pm without seeing her father.

Thank you, YB, and may Allah bless you and your family.

I call upon the ruling government to seriously consider the abolishing of the ISA.
There is no justification whatsoever to allow the ISA to remain.

I support the call; Several bloggers are planning to set up a fund for families of ISA detainees. posted at Nuraina A. Samad's blog.

Why 2 Years, Why Not Now Or The Next General Election?

PM to retire in 2 years, Najib will take over, headlines by Malaysiakini. More details at Malaysiakini website.

Why must you retire in 2 years time, I can still remember what you said not too long ago that you are not a one term PM but 2 or 3 terms.

The reporters are kind to you, instead of "stepping down" they use a not so offensive word "retire".

Now back to the question, why must you retire or step down? If you think you are a good quality PM and have the rakyat support for the next two years why not continue till the end of the term.

This report quoted from Malaysian Insider is another puzzle.

The officials added that Abdullah picked 2010 because it marks the end of the Ninth Malaysia Plan and that the Malaysian leader wanted to make sure all projects and programmes under it are implemented before handing over power to Najib.

First, there is never any Malaysia Plan that is implemented fully within its time frame, so can this special PM implement all the Ninth Malaysia Plan projects and programs by the next two years?

Second, does it mean that Penang monorail and the PORR programs will be given the green light again? If not how can he ensured that all the Ninth Malaysia Plan are implemented when he retire or step down?

The last puzzle, is there such a thing as handing over power for the PM post? Does the present PM has the power and the right to select who to be the next PM without an election even if it is within UMNO?

Lets take a look at this scenario.

Assuming one day BN wants to retire or step down, what does the party leaders do. Do they just select any other party to take over and run the country or do they have to call for a general election for the rakyat to choose.

My thought is, if you can withstand this stormy political situation for the next two years, why not continue till the term ends. The pressure on you to step down is like a mountain hanging over you, why? Its because you do not have the PM quality. Why you want to hang on for another two years defy any logic.

As your boss, I suggest you step down or retire immediately or allow your party election to elect the next PM due by Dec. 2008.

The country and the rakyat (your boss) cannot allow you to keep on playing politics when you are suppose to govern it with care.

24: PM To Meet With Anwar ?

This "story" is not reported at the Malaysiakini website, neither is the other news medias and bloggers. Malaysiakini website can be reach here, for more Malaysian news.

Just before midnight, my fax machine which has not been receiving anything for a long time was ringing and churning out a few messages.

My cell phone is busy receiving text messages as well and all these messages are very secretive and urgent like.

24 Hours:- A Country Thrillers And Suspends

The following took place between 00:00am - 1:00 am

Their phones are ringing, the ring tone is different from other calls as they are set to indicate that this special tone phone call comes from only one important person and that is the Prime Minister himself.

Top leaders of all component parties are receiving this special call and the instruction is as follows:

"You are to attend a very urgent and important meeting at Putra Kaya this morning at 1:30am. Get your MPs to attend. Do not bring anything, no files, no information, nothing except your brain and prepare for some surprises. Very important that this does not leak out to anyone, not even the press, NO ONE."

All the leaders jump up from their beds, with one leader having to stop the hard job and apologize to his partner. Their phones are now busy sending out messages to their MPs to attend the urgent meetings.

Some MPs are having a great time at posh entertain outlets when they receive the message and now are rushing back to change and be on time for the meeting.

MPs are exchanging text messages and phone calls to find out what is happening. No one knows exactly what is going on.

It looks like all the people who are suppose to attend this urgent meeting are in the the capital including those from the eastern states. They are all in town because just the day before, Barisan Alliance holds a special gathering for all its component parties including all MPs. What a coincidence!

While the leaders and their MPs are getting ready to attend the urgent meeting, the scene surrounding Putra Kaya is changing. Police cars are seen cruising along major roads leading to Putra Kaya while blockages are placed at strategic points. Special Branch personals are seen moving in and out of Putra Kaya with walkies talkies on hands.

Just before 01:00am, a few cars can be seen arriving........

The following took place between 01:00am - 2:00 am

More cars are entering the compound by now, with others who had arrived earlier walking towards the main entrance. Security was tight with spot lights brightening up the whole area. Just before the entrance 10 special force personals start screening those who are entering the building. Cell phones are taken away and tag with the owner's name and place in a box.

After the entrance and inside the hall, metal detectors were used to screen the MPs with careful check on their tie pins and calf-links for any embedded two way wireless microphone. A few MPs were stopped when the metal detectors start to beep. They were immediately stopped and a full body check were carried out. It is found that they had some metal key chains and pen in their pockets.

Directional signs show the MPs where to go. The walkway was fully lighted up and it was so quite that you can only hear the sound of footsteps.

While the MPs were arriving and proceeding to the meeting hall, a short message was sent by the Prime Minister to the three top leaders of Pakatan National.
"We need to talk, wait for my call".

At exactly 1:30am the Prime Minister, with his deputy beside him entered the meeting hall and the chitchatting noises came to an abrupt halt. All who are inside the hall stood up and at the same time the PM wave his hand and gestured them to sit down.

Without wasting anytime, the PM starts the meeting session.

"You are all summoned to this meeting in such a manner is because our country is facing an imminent attack and in danger of collapse..."

Before the PM could continue, the MPs start questioning, "who is attacking us", "how soon", "why", "are our forces ready to defend our country" and the noises are quite deafening.

The PM had to stand up and raise his voice to calm them down.

"Please let me finish what I am going to say".......

The following took place between 02:00am - 3:00 am

Mean while the three Pakatan National Leaders were surprised to receive the PM message. Immediately they call each other to set up a meeting. By now they had heard rumors that an urgent meeting is being held at Putra Kaya attended by all top Barisan Alliance leaders and members of parliament.

They also call up their advisers and lawyers to attend this meeting. They are at lost as to what is happening or going to happen. They arrange to meet at Anwar's resident (one of Pakatan National component party leader) and arrange their own security to be with them.

Back at Putra Kaya, the PM finally manage to cool the members down. And he continue from where he was interrupted earlier.

"Yes our country is going to be attacked but not from outside forces but from within." (Not realizing at the same time the US is putting a terrorist alert for South East Asia countries)

You can hear murmur here and there within the hall.

"Our political fight with the Opposition are leading us no where but a great destruction to our country, and the rakyat is the one going to suffer. We have to come to our senses, the rakyat are more salient, not that easily manipulated by us now and they know that we do not really serve them but ourselves."

"Many advises given by my advisers to act upon are no longer working. There are too many flip-flop and the rakyat are calling me a sleeping, flip-flop PM and a liar too. All is because none of you really provide me with accurate informations or the right advise and only telling me nice things that I want to hear."

"We really needs to move away from what we have been doing all this while and start thinking for the sake of our country and the rakyat."

"I am standing firm on my decision to make changes with or without your consent."

The floor starts to get noisy again, with some members disagreeing to the PM statement while others either nod their heads or just keep silent.

The PM sensing some disappointment from members call for a short tea break.....

The following took place between 03:00am - 4:00 am

Outside at Anwar's resident, a serious discussion was going on. Many theories and opinions were put forward but still they cannot come out with an answer as to the PM message.

"We need an answer to the PM message." One of the leader shouted. Well no answer is forth coming and they decided to dispatch a few members to scout around Putra Kaya and the news medias for some answers not knowing that Putra Kaya is off limit and the news medias is like them, clueless.

By now inside Putra Kaya, the short tea break is over and everyone is rooted to their chairs to hear what the PM has to say.

"We can no longer bluff or cheat the rakyat anymore. They know that the judges are fixed, the police are protecting us even if we are wrong, the laws do not apply to us , the amount of money we received through dubious contracts are bankrupting the country, the gravy train will have to stop and it will stop now. For those who had gain from the gravy train I would say that you are fortunate and for those who have just join us and have not tasted the gravy train, sorry, you have to find your own resources through legal means."

"The opposition is much stronger now and they have the support of the rakyat. We cannot use unethical means to fight them off or repeat what we had done ten years ago to nail them. We had used the ISA, OSA and all the laws that we have but they are becoming impotent now. The rakyat cannot be fooled any longer and the more we try to discredit the opposition the more the rakyat will support them as they no longer have any trust in us."

Loud objection can be heard from the floor but the PM could not be bothered and continue to say what is in his mind.......

The following took place between 04:00am - 5:00 am

"As such I am calling for power sharing and working together with the opposition."

More noises were heard and some members are shifting uneasily on their chairs.

"Some parts of the constitution need to be amended to accommodate the power sharing methodology. I am producing a tentative ten points agreement for the opposition. For those who do not agree to accept the power sharing, you have to resign with immediate effect and place under custody until the power sharing is in place."

"I will be calling the Pakatan National Leaders to come in at 7:00am to meet over the ten points agreement on power sharing."

"A ten minute recess is now call for you to make your choice. If you are in agreement please go back to your sits. For those who opt not to accept, please sign your resignation letter which are available on your table and pass them to me. After that a police will escort you out where you will be place under custody."

During the recess, serious discussion were going on among the leaders and MPs. Some were very angry and just keep talking to themselves while others were smiling and shaking hands with each other.........

The following took place between 05:00am - 6:00 am

By now reporters, journalists, bloggers and a small number of the public have sense something is going on at Putra Kaya. There is quite a crowd just outside the perimeter of Putra Kaya. The police will stop anyone from entering and advise them to disperse.

Rumors and speculations are flying around that the opposition are taking over power while others are saying another operation lallang might begin very soon.

While all the wild speculations are going on, Anwar's phone ring. He look at the phone, nod his head and said "The PM is calling". Everyone stop talking and Anwar turn the speaker on so everyone can hear the conversation.

Anwar: "Hello Hello Anwar speaking".

PM: "This is PM here, can you hear me"

Anwar: "Yes, Yes, I hear you"

PM: "I have come to the decision that we should stop the political fight and sit down to discuss how we can share power in running the country. I have make a tentative ten points agreement how we can share power."

Anwar: "Yes, yes I am listening"

PM: "Is all your component parties leaders with you now?"

Anwar: "Yes they are here with me."

PM: "Good, then can we meet face to face to discuss at Putra Kaya today at 7:00am"

Anwar: "How about your component parties, do they agree to it"

PM: "No worry, we had a long meeting early this morning and everything is under control, so can you all make it. I do not want to prolong the process"

Anwar pause and look at the other leaders and they all nodded their heads in agreement.

Anwar: "Yes we can make it but we cannot commit anything now until we see the ten points agreement first"

PM: "Sure, sure but I can say that you will all be pleased with it. Anyway, I will send the police escort to your place, I presume they are all at your house."

The time for a two party system to govern this country is here. For the past fifteen hours we confine ourselves to work out a joint power sharing with Pakatan National. There is this tentative ten points agreement to jump start the working towards a two party system, that all parties leaders had agreed too. This is the first step that we are taking and for the next few months we will work out a proper act to incorporate in the constitutions whereby there may be amendments to the constitutions to reflex the present situations.

There are perceptions of the gravy trains, corruptions, self serving elected representatives and many other claims of bad governing. There are some truth in them but from today I can guarantee that all these perceptions will no longer exist.

There will be no whip to control the MPs, they have to use their own thinking and findings to object or accept any motions or vote in Parliament sitting. We want to go for a first world Parliament and the MPs and their Aduns will have to work closely with the rakyat.

I am assuring everyone that this country is going to change for the better and we are all going to climb this mountain together.

Tonight 9:00pm we are going to hold a gathering at stadium merdeka to witness the signing of the ten points agreement with Pakatan National. You are all invited to come and join this historical occasion since 31st August 1957 Merdeka Day.

All the computers available were busy, satellite images being zoom in and the database from the CIA HQ were linked. After processing all the details they discovered that there is a link between one of the MP with the terrorists.

The answer they come out with is that there is a leak that the PM was going to share power with the opposition a few days earlier. The MP that knows about it is presumely the leader and had gathered the other 3 MPs to discuss about the impending power sharing which they do not agreed to.

They must now act quickly to capture these escaped MPs to find out what they and the terrorists are plotting.

Terrorist: "Is our money and escape plan ready?"

MP: "The money will be in the truck together with all your travel documents. Let me go through once again the procedures. Once you are on your way, there will be no further communication with any of us, you are on your own."

The other 3 MPs have now regroup at another location not far away. A truck that looks like a police vehicle was parked there. Just about ten minutes to midnight, suddenly three loud explosion were heard not far from the city center. A few buildings start to collapse, with thick smoke and dust debris flying around. The night wind was quite strong and I can see the smoke and dust speeding towards me. I close my eyes and I can hear people running and screaming.

Then there was a total silent surrounding me. I slowly open my eyes and I can see some bright light shinning into my eyes. I open my eyes wide and I saw the computer screen, right in front of me. My God, I must have doze off while surfing the net and having this dream.........

Dare To Dream ? Dare To Hope ?

This is just a story written out from a dream. I am not a writer so please forgive for the poor English , grammar mistake or poor story line.

If I can dream again, the sequel to this story may continue as there are still some unanswered questions. Is there more MPs involved, why are some MPs leaving the country, who bombed the city center...........
