All indications from the ground, exit poll and the voters themselves are indicating that Anwar is the winner. But no one would like to declare openly for now. There is still another 20 minutes or so before the polling stations are closed.
Percentage turnout are not that good and unexpectedly low. Whatever the percentage turnout may be, Anwar is comfortable with a win of around 60 %. Base on assumption calculation Anwar should have the majority of between 10,000 to 13,000.
The win is certain and PKR must restrain themselves and their supporters not to hold mass celebration. Just wait for a few days to let things cool down before having a formal celebration.

Everybody is talking about him taking over the government. That is mission impossible. I think most of us will expect he will win majority votes by more than 10K.
Hope for a new dawn for Malaysia! Merdeka!
